If I get to choose when going out to dinner, I almost always choose an Asian restaurant. I love everything from Japanese food to Thai to Chinese to Vietnamese. So it shouldn’t be surprising that I’m posting another Asian dish–but I have to because you will LOVE it.
I didn’t modify or change this recipe much, so I won’t be posting the recipe here. I want to make sure I’m sending you all to the original source so Chungah get the credit she deserves–Damn Delicious is a food blog you should be sure to check out.
This Shrimp Stir Fry was a hit with the whole family–I served it over brown rice and used two bags of 12 ounce shrimp. I made the sauce 1.5 times of the original recipe and added carrots in with the broccoli–but other than that, everything was the same. I don’t think the sriacha made the dish spicy at all–just added some flavor and next time I make it, I’ll serve the adult plates with crushed red pepper.
