A great way to burn fat is with exercises that get your heart rate up. I like to do a routine like this at least once a week. I find the workout to be challenging and I like that it’s cardio without the monotony of just running on a treadmill or sitting on a stationary bike for 30+ minutes. You can do this routine at home, with or without weights. I always add dumbbells when I’m at the gym to give me an extra challenge.
Cardio Blast x 3 circuits (Complete each exercise without any breaks. Once you finish a circuit you can rest up to 2 minutes)
- Burpees x15
- Plie Squat with dumbbell x15
- Curtsy lunge x15 each leg
- Bicycle Crunches x60
- Squat jumps x 20
- Speed skaters x30 (over and back count as 1)
- Tricep dips x15
- Plank x60 seconds
